Website in error space
The idea is based on the fact that HTTP error responses include content.
This content is solely for humans. And pets.
Bots are happy with status code and status string. The vast majority of them ignore content if status code is not 200.
Browsers not only display content for error pages, they even run javascript, if any!
Although javascript is not necessary, pet has to use it at tildeclub because pet can't configure nginx as it wants. Pet has only custom 404 fallback page and has to pull content via CGI handler.
Otherwise pet would prefer something from 4xx or 5xx.
418, yeah.
Meow meow meow.
Somebody might have done this already.
Bots will be cleverer. Pet should have kept silence.
